Getting results, being motivated and having fun are the keys for a successful exercise program. Our qualified staff will provide everything you need to help you get results and stay on track with your healthy lifestyle resolution. As a new member you will receive 45min introduction including a fitness assessment (in which your body weight, fat percentage and current fitness level will be assessed) and a customized fitness programmed. Depending on your needs, we can recommend programs for losing weight, sports conditioning, building cardio, build heart health fitness, strengthen muscles or even to get fit for the first time. Your fitness instructor works with you to assess which program suits your needs best and then provides a hands on demonstration of how the exercise and equipment works.

Your fitness level will be reassessed and your program will be updated based on your progress. We will keep in touch with you until you reach your ultimate fitness goal.
